The common raw material in the field of coatings is polyethylene wax, which is expensive and easily causes organic chemical pollutants. Replacing polyethylene wax with pure natural mineral kaolin with stable physical properties can control costs and appropriately reduce environmental pollution.

1. Because its hexagonal molecular structure has high refractive index, it further improves the paint adhesion of the film and reflects excellent color plasticity

The flat characteristics of kaolin can provide an excellent balance between the flowability and leveling properties of the coating. Flat particles also tend to be arranged parallel to the surface of the paint layer, which can reasonably block the infiltration of water, improve the scrub resistance and stain resistance of the coating film. For sticky paint layers, flat particles can improve the compressive strength and viscosity of the coating

It has a wide range of small colloidal particles, tends to keep the viscosity of the paint unchanged, and can give the required Thixotropy and Compressibility (high shear high flow and low shear low flow), so the film is relatively plump, and can improve the decolorization and graininess of the color paste
